Описание: Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng says he doesn't have the authority to intervene in what appears to be internal strife within the Western Cape High Court Division. This comes as ten High Court judges allegedly refused to preside over matters with a colleague, Judge Mushtak Parker.
They cite a lack of integrity, irreconcilable with the judicial function.
