Disclaimer: The video states that slow-moving vehicles must pull over at the first available turnout if five or more cars are behind it. There may not be any such law where you live - so you will either have to be patient or you will have to pass when it is SAFE to do so. Like the video says, "if you have any doubt about passing, it's best to wait".
