You Go To My Head is included on "Chet Baker in Paris, Vol. 1", recorded in Paris in August 1955 and released by the Barclay label. This recording features Chet Baker on trumpet, without vocals, accompanied by a quartet formed during his European period:

The tune is performed as an instrumental ballad in a small-group jazz setting. You Go To My Head is a jazz standard composed by J. Fred Coots with lyrics by Haven Gillespie in 1938, and has been widely recorded by jazz musicians across different styles and eras.
