If you're in Cusco, this was shot in February 2021 so this shows what is open. We found it was about a 50/50 chance a place would be open from guide books or blogs we researched ahead of time so when you go just be flexible and ready to go with the flow. This neighborhood is also where you can find of really cute shops, vegan restaurants, yoga studios, organic markets, craft beer & stunning views of the city. Just be prepared to hike up many many many flights of stairs.
