Happy New Year.
Day 47 — the first day of the Fire Horse year.

Today began with an emotional release. Deep tears. A sense of transition from Snake to Horse. Something completing. Something handing over.

Later, after sitting in the sun and integrating, a physical shift happened at the base of my spine. Hips opened. Root tension softened. The emotion moving through was abandonment — safety, belonging, early imprinting. The body processed it in real time.

This is how the energetic year change becomes physical.

Then we move into what Fire Horse energy really means — and what it does not mean.

If you override your system, it becomes stress and burnout.

This year asks:
Can you stand in your authentic voice without reshaping yourself to be accepted?
