Описание: Duke Energy is proposing a new natural gas plant on nearly 200 acres in Anderson, S.C. The plant will produce nearly 1,400 megawatts of electricity and is the company’s first greenfield gas generation project in the state in a decade. The estimated $3.2 billion facility would help meet the region’s surging electricity demand driven by rapid population growth and economic development.
