In this video, I'll show you how to balance the heat of green chilies with the freshness of mint and coriander to get that authentic homemade taste.
🛒 Ingredients:
Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhaniya): 1 Bunch
Fresh Mint Leaves (Pudina): 1/2 Bunch
Green Chilies (Hari Mirch): 3-4 (Adjust to your spice level)
Garlic Cloves (Lehsan): 3-4 cloves
Ginger (Adrak): 1-inch piece
Cumin Seeds (Zeera): 1 tsp
Black Salt (Kala Namak): 1/2 tsp (For that amazing zing!)
Salt (Namak): To taste
Lemon Juice (Lemon Juice): 2 tbsp (Keeps it fresh and bright green)

Prep: Wash the coriander and mint thoroughly to remove any dirt.
Blend: In a blender, add coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic, and ginger.
Season: Add the cumin seeds, black salt, and regular salt.
Tangy Twist: Pour in the fresh lemon juice (this prevents the chutney from turning dark).
Smooth Finish: Blend everything into a smooth paste. Add a splash of water only if necessary.
