A second AI deployment optimises routes for thousands of vehicles daily, reducing travel time, fuel consumption and carbon emissions while improving customer satisfaction.

Group CIO Jerzy Badowski emphasises that AI must complement existing frameworks rather than replace them, with data quality serving as the foundation for effective implementation.

Operating across multiple European countries with different languages, currencies and regulatory requirements creates complex data challenges.

He warns companies must approach AI carefully, testing thoroughly before deployment while acknowledging the competitive necessity: “If the company will not use AI technologies within the next few years, I think that it'll not exist anymore.”

The company partners with NinjaOne for endpoint management, balancing functionality with cost-effectiveness across its infrastructure.
