The Road Traffic Management Corporation has confiscated vehicle permits of the Atteridgeville Bus Services in Pretoria West.
They were using photocopied license discs.
The RTMC has raided fleet businesses that have not been paying licensing fees and fines.
South African motorists reportedly owe over R3 billion in traffic fines.
The cities of Johannesburg and Tshwane metros have also been using unroadworthy and unregistered vehicles.
