Oceaneer Marine is delighted to bring this stunning 34m motor yacht to the market, "Southern Cross II". First launched in 1983 to support Australia II in Alan Bond's successful America's Cup challenge, this historic vessel has traversed the world's oceans and proven itself a true offshore explorer. The vessel was expertly constructed in Brisbane by Lloyd's Ships, to a Jack Hargrave design. In 2003, the vessel had a significant refit and extension, including the addition of a fully enclosed flybridge deck and wheelhouse, aft hull extension to include the sportfishing deck & swim platform, installation of new CAT 3412E main engines, and extensive upgrades to the engineering and electrical systems. In 2017, the vessel was refit & re-sprayed by then custodians and original builders, Lloyds Ships.
