Join us for our adapted exercise classes for people with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. We will be with you throughout the 6 sessions to guide you through each exercise and how to perform them safely & effectively.
These videos are the result of a collaboration between the Siel Bleu Foundation and Boehringer Ingelheim.
For your exercise class you will need the following: Water, towel, light weights (tins) and a chair.
