BULALO is a filipino dish believed to have been originated from Batangas which is a cattle-grazing province. Its a clear broth soup deeply flavored with the cow's meat, collagen and bone marrow.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg. Beef
2 pcs. Pechay
1 pc. Corn
1 pc. Ginger or 2 strands Lemongrass
5 pcs. Baguio Beans
1 pc. Onion
Kinchay or Onion Leaves
Salt or Patis (adjust according to your taste)
Pepper
Often times served along with a dipping sauce made from:
Sili
Calamansi
Patis
Pepper
