Fire Wing Films is proud to present "Kit", a bold and intimate web series that follows the story of Kit Jackson (he/him), a transgender man living in stealth who unexpectedly finds himself pregnant. After an intimate night with his fiancé, Ryan (he/him), Kit is faced with a life-changing reality. In a world unaware of his past, he must navigate the physical, emotional, and social challenges of pregnancy while grappling with the deeply personal decision of whether to keep his history hidden or embrace his truth.

Told over six poignant 10-minute episodes, Kit explores themes of identity, resilience, and the complexity of living authentically in a society that often marginalises transmasculine and nonbinary experiences. The series arrives at a critical cultural moment. Leading up to the overturn of Roe v. Wade, countless individuals took to social media to voice their outrage at the erosion of reproductive rights. However, much of the discourse centred only on cisgender women. Posts that included transgender men and AFAB nonbinary people were often met with hostility or erasure. Kit directly responds to this exclusion by centring the experiences of "seahorse dads" and shining a light on the urgent need for inclusive, affirming healthcare.

Created by a deeply diverse team of trans, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, BIPOC, and diversely abled individuals, Kit reflects the collaborative spirit and lived realities of the communities it represents.
