Lasagna: The Easiest and Most Delicious Italian Recipe - How to Make it Perfect Every Time!

Start by selecting your ingredients carefully, since the quality of the ingredients will greatly influence the flavors and texture of the final product. Fresh herbs, premium cheeses, and high-quality meats and vegetables will make all the difference. Then, choose your pasta wisely – some varieties are better suited to a particular recipe than others. Also, pay attention to your layering technique – lasagna loves layers! Finally, remember to season your lasagna with salt, pepper, and other spices of your choice to bring out the flavor.

Ingredients:

For the Meat Sauce:
800g minced beef
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large chopped onion
5 cloves minced garlic
1 large bunch fresh coriander
Salt to taste
1 chicken or beef cube (as per your preference)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika powder
Add any other spices of your choice
Homemade or canned sauce (Find the link to my homemade sauce below)
3 large blended tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste (optional)
1 tsp dried oregano

For the Bechamel Sauce:
4 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp All purpose flour
3-4 cups milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp fresh coriander

For the layering:
Lasagna Sheets
Bechamel Sauce
Meat Sauce
Mozarella Cheese
Parmasean Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
