Today I m making oat meal energy balls. This is best for breakfast or after your workout routine. Its loved by kids too if you dip them in chocolate and most importantly this is very easy to make because there is no baking involved.
Ingredients:
1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of ground flax seeds
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-Mix everything together, until everything is well combined.
-You will be able to tell when you will pinch the mixture between ur fingers and it all sticks together.
-Roll about 1 tbsp of the dough between your palms to form them into little bit size energy balls.
-Dip half of the balls in the melted chocolate
-Drizzle white chocolate on top just to give them another chocolate flavour
And here healthy oatmeal energy balls are ready
