Youngcare's Moving Home Grants can help!
This grant provides up to $5,000 for young people (16-65) with complex disabilities to move to a more independent and accessible home.
Is your current housing unsuitable?
Living in residential aged care (under 65)
Stuck in a hospital or rehab center
Ready to move out of home (with a disability)
Living with aging carers
Home not suitable due to worsened condition
The grant covers:
Moving costs
Essential appliances (white goods)
Basic furniture
Household items
NOT NDIS-funded expenses
