K Factor is 20 for games 22+
Formula for calculating your chance of winning (thanks Posty)
=1/(1+10^((OPPONENT ELO-YOUR ELO)/400))
Using the example from the video:
=1/(1+10^((453.32-317.77)/400)) = 31.43% chance to win
