Tamiami Pool & Spa Leak Detection — 3 Broken Lines Found

Описание: In today’s video, we inspected a residential swimming pool and attached spa in Tamiami, FL after the homeowner noticed ongoing water loss and air entering the system. During the inspection, we labeled all plumbing lines to simplify diagnosis and prevent valve confusion for the homeowner.

Using a combination of static testing, pressure testing, hydrophone listening, Leakalyzer® readings, inflatable plugs and the Big Foot locator, we confirmed three separate leaks in the system:

🔍 Leak Findings

✔ Leak #1 — Pressure Side Pump Leak
Minor leak found on the pressure side of the pool pump. Confirmed by water movement observed at equipment pad.

✔ Leak #2 — Spa Return Line
Identified using static test, pressure test and confirmed location with the Big Foot line locator.

✔ Leak #3 — Spa Jet Line
Verified using static test, pressure test, and hydrophone equipment — acoustic noise confirmed water loss within pipe.

✔ Leak #4 — Pool Return Line (Broken Underground Line)
Confirmed using a combination of static testing and inflatable plug isolation.

➡️ Total Verified: 3 Broken Lines + 1 Minor Pump Leak
