1000sf Modular Cabin With Unfinished Attic Space

Описание: This is our Acadia model. It’s a 1000 square-foot two bedroom one bath cape with an unfinished attic space. The cost of this project is in the $160,000 range including all aspects of the job = turnkey.

This modular home came in two sections with the large roof shipping flat. On Set day we first set the rear module and then we set the forward module and then we hinged up the large roof in place well setting the very top of the roof in place with penalized sections. The set of this house took one day.

The overall construction timeline of a home like this would be three or four months depending on weather. Month one will be when we put the foundation in the ground and let the concrete cure. Month two we would set the house. And the remaining time is to complete the house with stitching and seeming inside the home as well as completion of HVAC and plumbing work inside and outside of course all of the utilities need to be run into the house as well including underground electric and septic tank install. This property also needs a water well and a propane tank.
