Come thrift with me at Goodwill for a Housewarming Gift Basket!

In today’s video, I take you with me to my local Goodwill in hopes to find some “worthy” housewarming gifts. My brother and his new wife just moved into their first house and I wanted to gift them with some things they could use. They live across the country, so it isn’t as easy to just drop by with a gift basket. I will have to pack these items in a box and send it to them (which hopefully they will find to be a delightful surprise)!

I decided to thrift the items because often times I find some REALLY cool stuff thrifting. I also really love going to this specific Goodwill because there are always new with tags items.

I was really excited about today’s trip because I found A LOT of cool stuff! I spent a total of $21.00. Only $13 was spent on the housewarming items, and the other $8.00 was spent on a purse and a bracelet for myself.

I also decided to stop by Target on the way home and pick them up a few more things that I thought they could use. I was on the lookout for kitchen stuff. I found a good amount at Goodwill, but thought it would be nice to get them something new from Target.

I’m hoping they love everything! This is my first time shopping for housewarming gift items and I think the trip turned out to be pretty successful. Most of the items I thrifted turned out to be new as well!
