Описание: This exercise balances the flexors and extensors of the body, while increasing spinal mobility. It's great to balance through the yin (conception) and yang (governing) vessels. This exercise helps to connect your entire kinetic chain, as the pelvis, spine, ribcage and shoulder blades learn to work together in unison. The slow deep breathing this exercise incorporates also helps in rebalancing the nervous system.
