The ChocoMan 30 has been crafted from thick-guage 304 food-grade Stainless Steel and all crucial components are sourced from world-class suppliers such as Bonfiglioli, Siemens, ABB, etc. ensuring years of good performance.

The ChocoMan 30 is equipped with a food-grade Revolving Wheel as well as an Electronic Temperature Controller, ensuring that the chocolate is in a constant state of temper, allowing the user to concentrate on the creative side of chocolate making. Tempering of chocolate is done by the seeding method. Both pure and compound chocolate slabs can be used to make chocolate in this machine.

Another useful feature is the Stainless Steel Lower Arm, imitates our hand stirring movement, helping in quicker melting of the chocolate.

The ChocoMan 30 is fitted with a Vibrating Table, a useful Shaking Device which helps remove the air bubbles from the chocolate. It also helps remove chocolate from the mould to make a shell to fill the center-filling. The Vibrating Table can be operated by a switch or a useful foot pedal to free up your hands for chocolate making.

A Drain facility has also been provided to drain out the remaining melted chocolate after production.

The ChocoMan 30 is fitted with lockable castor wheels for easy movement of the machine, if required.

Power supply can be made as per the customers' requirements, generally 220V single phase and 440V three phase.
