市中の賑わいは分かりませんが、陸家嘴の高層ビル群のイルミネーションは区切りの年では無い (1949年から数えて72年）のでごくごく普通の感じです。

It is a state of Lujiazui, Qiantan, and The River Mall on the eve of National Day (210930).
I don't know how busy the city center is, but the illuminations of the skyscrapers of Lujiazui aren't the year of the break (72 years counting from 1949), so it's quite normal.
