INGREDIENTS:

2) 2 medium size onions sliced.
3) 2 medium size tomato paste.
4) 1 large onion finely chopped (to make the omelette).
5) 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
6) 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds.
7) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder.
8) 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
9) 1/2 black pepper powder.
10) 1/2 cumin powder.
11) 1/2 garam masala powder.
12) salt to taste.
13) chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon.
14) refined oil.
15) water.
