This 1 hour 30 minute somatic ecstatic dance journey is an invitation to move, feel, and return to the body.
Woven with organic house, afro house, Arabic melodies, electronic tribal soundscapes, deep bass, earthy percussion and textures, the music rises and falls in waves; supporting free movement, somatic release, emotional expression, and grounded presence.

Use it to feel, to move, to express.
You will always notice an arc - we start of grounded and slow and we end grounded and slow with a beautiful sandwich of up beat rhythms as the filler!
This journey can be beautifully paired with ceremonial cacao.
You might sip cacao before you begin, setting a simple intention, and allow its gentle heart-opening quality to support deeper feeling and more honest movement.
Let the body lead.
Create a simple container if you can. Clear a little space. Bare feet. Soft light. Headphones or a good sound system to feel the bass in the body.
Trust your body. Let the dance unfold. 🔥❤️🔥
