🔴 Day 23: Hoorn -Amsterdam
Spinnaker was raised in the course Hoorn to Amsterdam! It is a pity that there are so many waterplants in Hoorn, you really need to stick into the grass-cutted route. We had to stop a couple of times in the attempt to remove the water plants hanging in our keel.
We arrived very late in Amsterdam. Just had a quick snack dinner in the city center and then grabbed an ice cream! A ferry tour back allowed us a glimpse of the IJ channel water basking in the setting down sun. Back into the marina, we were spoiled by the view of a cruise ship.
🔴 Day 24: Amsterdam - Uitgeest - Akersloot
Arriving at the Alkmaardermeer, we first grabbed something to drink & eat at the Havensrijk. Nely, Ronnie & Patrick came by. Late in the evening, headed into WSV Akersloot and spent the night there.
