Today I hope to talk about the last part of the Construction lessons. Today I am talking about creating tangents. Under that I discuss two types of tangents. The first is to create a tangent at a point on the circle. The second is to create tangents from an external point to a circle.
I will teach you all the concepts related to creating these. Then you will not need to remember them. You can create with understanding.
