To not lose you muscle while your on vacation you want to hit minimum effective volume when weight lifting. Usually around 10 sets per muscle group a week. Secondly the most important thing you want to do is hit your protein goals. Which nourishes your muscles and makes you feel full so you don’t feel the need to indulge yourself in sweets as much. Ordering a fish or non fried chicken dish is usually a good bet.
