Making tetris run on RP-Pico

Описание: Going to try to make a simple Tetris game that runs on a Pico - it's related to a different `secret` project

This Tetris will need to be ultra-low power and so will run on an e-paper display.
This will limit the frame rate to 0.5 fps
Resolution is 128x296
