MY DAY AT CADILLAC V-PERFORMANCE RACING SCHOOL

Описание: I did a day at the Cadillac V-Performance Academy racing school at the Spring Mountain Motor Resort race track outside Las Vegas. This racing school is available to any Cadillac buyer and the two-day program comes free with the purchase of one of their amazing V Series vehicles (CT4-V Blackwing or CT5-V Blackwing). All of the V Series Cadillac cars come track-ready from the dealer with race features and race modes.

The experience was amazing, it was my first time driving a performance car on a racetrack. The process was very helpful, first we had some classroom instruction about the track, the cars and how to drive them.

Then I was the passenger in a Blackwing car driven by a professional driver to show me the track. Then we switched and he was the passenger while I drove. Then I drove alone, with him in a car in front of me, giving me real-time instructions over the radio.

The Cadillac V-Performance Academy driving school experience was physically demanding as well, my wrists and forearms were very sore from muscling the car around the track. It was also shocking how fast everything happens and how you must concentrate every second on the track, just one moment of distraction or looking in the wrong place and things go bad quickly.
