This Chats for Change was delivered by Dr Salma Raheem from the University of Liverpool, UK and Lecturer/Assistant Professor in OB & HR.
Salma addressed how, in the Western part of the world, there has been an extraordinary amount of focus, both in popular media, and in management literature, on the value of diversity and the need for more inclusive approaches to the management of people. But how does one create inclusive spaces and why should we care? This interactive session provided evidence-based approaches to what works, why, and to examine if it is all worth it.
