The ruthless council then wastes no time in interrogating the occupants. Shawntel Cruz becomes the first housemate to undergo intense questioning. Later, tension arises as Andre Brouillette defends himself from the numerous accusations thrown against him. Lou Yanong, on the other hand, clarifies some of the issues about her. Will the three housemates withstand pressure, or will the fearless council succeed in pushing them to their limits?

Dreams and friendships collide as three adult housemates face intense scrutiny from the combined forces of the house challengers and ex-housemates. Fumiya Sankai, Thea Rizaldo, and Yamyam Gucong find themselves compelled to choose between their precious dreams and the friendships they have established inside the Big Brother House. Later, a housemate makes a heartfelt admission that leaves a panelist in tears. As the grilling comes to a close, the feisty panelists succeed in convincing another resident to make a painful confession. Afterward, an occupant arrives at a tough decision.

This Wednesday, "Pinoy Big Brother: OTSO" reveals who among the remaining adult housemates will complete the Big Four. Shawntel Cruz, Thea Rizaldo, Lou Yanong, Fumiya Sankai, and Andre Brouillette try to convince the people that they are deserving to make it until the end of the competition. Soon, the hosts make shocking announcements one by one. Find out who will join Yamyam Gucong in experiencing the sweet taste of success. Plus, dare not to miss a sneak peek of the next batch of teen Star Dreamers.

Big Brother congratulates the Big Four on their monumental achievement before rewarding them with a boodle fight. Later, the final four adult housemates are instructed to accomplish a special task in order to receive their unparalleled treasures. Yamyam Gucong, Fumiya Sankai, Lou Yanong, and Andre Brouillette then waste no time in following Big Brother. However, accomplishing their task proves to be easier said than done as they struggle mightily during the process. Soon, emotions pour out as Yamyam and Andre reap the golden fruits of their labor.

After Andre Brouillette and Yamyam Gucong received their treasures, Big Brother prepares his priceless prize for the remaining members of the Big Four. Important visitors then arrive at the PBB house to surprise Lou Yanong and Fumiya Sankai. Soon, the two triumphant housemates become overjoyed upon reuniting with their loved ones. Later, the housemates are in for another surprise as two prominent women in showbiz join them in their graduation ceremony. There, the Big Four award each other for their hard work, dedication, and camaraderie.
