EDIT: FAVONIUS DOES NOT WORK WHEN THE CHARACTER EQUIPPED WITH IT IS NOT THE ACTIVE CHARACTER. All along I have been using sacrificial bow and like 4 people were telling me that favonius is better, and I somehow blindly assumed that it was because it works when the character is inactive.
SACRIFICIAL BOW IS BETTER THAN FAVONIUS. Favonius gives a little bit more energy than the Sacrificial because the energy particle is white instead of being affixed to an element. However, it is not worth the base damage loss since Sacrificial Bow has a lot more base attack.
