Hi there,

in this video I am talking about a STRUCTURAL EXCHANGE SACRIFICE in CHESS. A structural EXCHANGE SAC is a sacrifice where YOU get a huge STRUCTURAL PLUS in return for giving your rook for a minor piece. That can be a doubled pawn, isolated pawns, etc. which also given a lot of time might never be repaired and thus grant some long-lasting compensation.

In this VIDEO I will give an EXAMPLE of that and explain a few IDEAS of how to continue and try to exploit the CREATED weaknesses.
