Not only must you master the management component, but you actually have to learn about the people you’re leading, their culture, their tradition, and earn the respect of those around you, by example or by sword. A classic of a genre that doesn’t really get enough attention… though, to be fair, a lot of other games in this genre aren’t nearly this good.
