This zigzag line follows a sawtooth-style pattern to support direction changes and motor control.
This air tracing video is designed to support young children’s early motor development in a calm, engaging way. Children are encouraged to follow the line using big arm movements in the air, helping them practise direction, flow, and control before moving on to pencil and paper.
Air tracing helps strengthen the muscles needed for handwriting, supports hand–eye coordination, and builds confidence through pressure-free movement. It is especially beneficial for preschool children and those developing early fine motor skills.
How to use this video
