Perform proper hand hygiene

Don gown by putting on sleeves
First tie string at back neck
Then tie string at waist
Ensure that you are properly covered

Place mask and mould the metal nose strip
Perform seal check

01:53 - Step 3 - FACE SHIELD
Place face shield

Put on gloves, over the gown cuffs

02:23 - STEPS FOR DOFFING Protective Equipment (PPE)

02:36 - Step 1 - Remove GLOVES
Remove first glove by pinching outside and pull
Then slide a finger inside wrist of other glove and pull gloves together inside out
Discard the gloves

02:51 - Step 2 - Remove GOWN
First untie neck, then waist
Pull gown off the shoulders without touching outside of gown
Roll inside out in a bundle
Place in laundry hamper

03:16 - Take time to Wash HANDS thoroughly
Perform proper hand hygiene

03:20 - Step 3 - Remove FACE SHIELD
Remove carefully by grabbing strap
Discard the face shield

03:25 - Step 4 - Remove MASK
Remove by pulling straps, do not touch mask
Discard the mask

Make sure to Wash HANDS
Perform proper hand hygiene
