🚒💨Part 1 of 3: Poznan, Trabants, Racing!?!!
So last video, I promised you a mini-adventure. Well this is it. I said YES to flying to Poznan to help a Polish guy I met on the internet drive a Zuk back to the UK and up to Scotland! Strangely enough, the boss said I could go... .
The reason for doing this? Well, my Zuk... was such bad condition that in the end I could not drive it to the UK.. it had to come on a trailer.. So in many ways, this trip was to earn my Zuk credibility!!
But also, I wanted to know what it would feel like to drive a Zuk (in standard form) 2000kms... and if the decisions I was making were good ones in terms of upgrading the Zuk mechanicals...
So... in this video, I learn a lot about Trabants, and see them go racing?!! I didn't even know Poland had any race tracks! And Trabants are slow arent they?!
🚒💨NEXT TIME: In part 2, we drive in convoy with 6 x Trabants into the centre of Poznan! Then, the final film will be our EPIC drive home and our Zuk 'right of passage'.
