Thousands of British children, promised a new life in the Sun, experienced something horribly different. Like in a Nightmare version of Peter Pan, between the 1930's and 1970's they were sent to Australia. But in the Farms and Carehomes they went to, many suffered hardship and abuse. Some tried to tell the British what was going-on, but the warnings were ignored. These reports highlight their ongoing struggle for recognition and an official apology by both British and Australian governments on the crimes that were committed on them.
