We spent a sweet day at the Chocolade Festival in Amsterdam, indulging in some of the most delicious chocolate (and even chocolate ice cream!) you can imagine. From chatting with a Peruvian cacao expert—who taught us the origins and secrets of cacao—to watching energetic dance performances, there was never a dull moment.
Freya couldn’t resist joining in the fun and showed off her dance moves, while our group of friends and I dove into the festival’s big chocolate contest: we tasted six different chocolates and cast our votes to see which one would win. It was an amazing way to spend time together, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere and, of course, satisfying our sweet tooth.
