Описание: Lct Our Lady of the Philippines Navistar two is under the the shipping company of Tri-Star Mega Link, which it's primary route is from Bredco Port of Bacolod City to Dumangas Port of Ilo-Ilo City (vice-versa) is attempting to dock at Montenegro Lines designated ramp without tugboat. It's first attempt at their designated ramp, was a disaster after it's port aft line suddenly cut-off because of the strong current.
