Today in this video we are making a tangi & delicious #achaari #bhindimasala. This is an indian veg dish. Achaari bhindi is made from okra onion & some flavorful spices. This dish can be served with indian #flatbread , paratha & daal #chawal .
ingredients:
*okra = 500gm
*onion = 2/3 medium size
*potato = 1 small size
*ginger
*garlic
*methi seeds = 1/2 tbl spoon
*onion seeds = 1/2 tbl spoon
*coriander powder = 1 tbl spoon
*cumin seeds = 1/2 tbl spoon
*pickle masala = 1 tbl spoon (small)
*salt = according to taste
*turmeric =1/2 tbl spoon
*kashmiri mirch = 1/2 tbl spoon
*garam maala=1/2tbl spoon
*mustard oil =2 tbl spoon
