Jackie Bonsignore & Jon Maturan continue their first-time Halloween marathon with Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995)! This reaction was filmed as part of their franchise watch-through in anticipation of IllFonic’s Halloween: The Game. Jackie & Jon react to Paul Rudd’s debut as an adult Tommy Doyle, Dr. Loomis returning to Haddonfield, Jamie Lloyd’s brutal pursuit through the barn, John Strode’s exploding-head death, the Man in Black reveal, the Cult of Thorn conspiracy, and Tommy beating Michael Myers with a pipe!

Directed by Joe Chappelle (The Wire, Fringe), Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers stars Paul Rudd as Tommy Doyle (Ant-Man, I Love You, Man), Donald Pleasence as Dr. Sam Loomis (The Great Escape, You Only Live Twice), Marianne Hagan as Kara Strode (Stake Land, We Only Know So Much), Mitchell Ryan as Dr. Terence Wynn (Lethal Weapon, Dharma & Greg), Kim Darby as Debra Strode (True Grit, Better Off Dead), J.C. Brandy as Jamie Lloyd (Star Trek Generations, The Prophecy II), and George P. Wilbur as Michael Myers (Halloween 4, The Running Man).

After the reaction, Jackie & Jon discuss Paul Rudd’s early performance, Donald Pleasence’s final appearance as Dr. Loomis, the Cult of Thorn explanation, the movie’s famously troubled production and whether Halloween 6 successfully concludes the Thorn trilogy.
