On the show today, we have Dr. Seema Rao, who is India's first and only woman commando trainer, having trained the Special Forces of India for over two decades. She was born to an Indian freedom fighter, Professor Ramakant Sinari. Having heard stories of bravery and freedom throughout her childhood, her love for her country made her become a commando. Today, she works in partnership with Major Deepak Rao, who is also her life partner.

In this episode, we spoke about her journey of becoming 1st woman commando trainer, what were the challenges she went through during her journey, the inspiration behind & it more. She talks about the titles she has achieved as a commando trainer and believes in women's empowerment. She is a woman with utmost strength, honesty, and courage.
