And now for something a bit more current from #VaultSST !
Based on a true story, Newsies centers around a group of Newsboys who decide to take a stand against the newspaper giants who have been treating them unfairly. The Newsboys speak out for not only themselves, but for all of the children of New York, who worked in sweatshops and lived in unbearable conditions.
This summer 2019 MainStage was a thrill from start to finish. "King of New York" showcases the amazing talent of our guest choreographer, Juliane Godfrey, who came back home to Fremont from New York, just to help us with the show.
