My First Mountain Climb | Totally Inexperienced on Snowdon (Wales)

Описание: Climbing a mountain has never the top of my list. I’m not the fittest person, I’ve got no hiking experience, and the thought of getting up at 2am just to walk uphill for hours is my worst nightmare. But with a new challenge on the horizon for our business it was something I had to try and tackle.

Brad, on the other hand, is no stranger to the mountains. He’s already tackled the Crib Goch ridge- a famous Grade 1 scramble known as one of the most challenging routes up Snowdon. While he had that experience under his belt, I was coming into this completely fresh, with no idea what I was letting myself in for.

This was my first ever mountain climb and it was far from easy. High winds battered us along the way, my feet were sore within the first couple of hours, and the tiredness from such an early start made every step feel heavier, not to mention the pain in my knee. There were moments I thought about giving up, but the thought of admitting defeat and never hearing the end of it from Brad kept me going to reach the Summit. A girls got to prove a point, right?

The vlog captures the climb exactly as it happened- the struggle, the doubts, the laughs in between, and the reward of standing on top of Snowdon for the first time (second in Brad's case).
