As a part of the livestream, here is the cut version as I go through my thinking on summoning/wishing for Raiden Shogun Baal until she is at C2 constellation. I have always stuck to the C0 principle with units, but Raiden Shogun is the one unit that everyone is talking about constellation investment and I wanted to give my thoughts. We have had tons of 5 star units added to the game, and this has historically been a whale concept. With the return of double-valued packs, a lot of dolphin players are wondering how worth it her C1 & C2 constellations really are.
