Built from 1886 to 1930, Hotel Milligan on Murray Street in Perth, Western Australia, has housed thousands of people over the years with their budget accomodation.
Residents were forced to vacate on 30 September 2019, as Singaporean Fragrance Group start planning for their 36-level multi-use redevelopment including a 406-room hotel.
Since the day Hotel Milligan has officially been vacated, it has housed many squatters, become a place to stash a number of stolen bicycles and atleast two small meth labs have been identified within the site, which encompasses the previous AVIS building.
