Saaisha India Foundation is a charitable organisation established in 2018 by passionate volunteers working towards bringing cheer in the lives of Women and Children and making a tangible difference in their lives.

One of the first projects taken up by Saaisha is providing knitted/crocheted handmade breast prostheses for women who have undergone a mastectomy. The prosthesis is lovingly called knockers.

"I have been service-oriented from a young age and never missed opportunities to serve others. I have also dabbled in several vocations starting from Bank Teller to Food Quality inspector to Tupperware Sales manager to School teacher and many more! These have taught me equanimity patience and willingness to accept the answer “NO”. I love talking to people and sharing experiences." ~ Mrs Jayshree Ratan
