Pumpkin Crepe Recipe

Описание: Making pumpkin crepes for the first time. They were delicious. I would add more spices next time. Only if your like me and like more flavor. I also added a bit more water because I prefer a thinner texture. We topped them off with some cream cheese frosting and Nutella. I also did double the recipe. They were flying off the pan faster than I could make them ☺️ I warm up my milk and water that way I don’t need a mixer. No clumps and only a wisk. ENJOY!

PUMPKIN CREPE BATTER
2 eggs
3/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
1 cup milk
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
